[tech] Swapping 16V Intake Camsty

It's easy if you have an accurate (pointer, not clicker-type) torque
wrench, and a new valve cover gasket. Be sure to use carb cleaner or brake
cleaner to degrease the valve cover gasket sealing surfaces.
