[16v] BBM or Ross fuel rail...
With the ross rail and FPR adaptor, I have a tough time getting the FPR
low enough so the crap underneath the hood wouldn't rub on it. I would
go with the rail and get an FPR that you can mount on the fender
somewhere where it's nice and out of the way.
As for the rail itself, there is no way to clip in the injectors, so if
you pull the rail to see the injectors spray you'll be in for a
surprise. They'll just pop off and pour fuel everywhere. The rail
interferes with AC lines a bit (one of the lines rest on the rail).
Seems that I'm the only one who cares about that.
Supposedly there is a Honda fuel rail that'll work on the 16v head with
electronic injectors. I've no idea what model, but I heard that rumor
from someone on the vortex a long time back, so maybe you should check
there.

Which is better?
I'm looking at Ross's w/ the FPR adapter for an extra cost, and BBM's
which includes the adapter already. BBM's is cheaper, but I don't know
of anyone reporting on it's quality/fit.
Please help with true info, thanks.
