seems a bit high to me, could just be the gauge/sender. On my basically stock JH 8v, my temps are around 100-110 whether in town or on the highway. This is with my rad fan disconnected(it won't ever shut off otherwise), 15w-50 synthetic, and a Fram oil filter. -Rob

When I was downt o around 55mph, it dropped to a little over 100. Is 120 +/- a mark high? How can I get it down? Does it having a Fram oil filter have anything to do with it? Oil weight is 15-40 non-synthetic. Dan
