16v running on 3 cylinders

I wouldn't try to adjust the idle screw until the car is
warmed up.

Vacuum leak?  When were the injector o-rings last changed?

Are you getting spark on #4 cylinder?  Check the cap if
you're not.  Otherwise, you probably have a fuel injector
issue.

should I change the coil next?

The coil sounds like it's working fine - it's firing the
other cylinders afterall....
