16v running on 3 cylinders

the plug is black.  It never had a 02 sensor hooked up since I brought it
but it was running ok.  I removed and reinstalled CIS-E.  I never touched
anything that could mess with the mixture.  I'm getting light light blue
smoke out the tail pipe when its warm or when I push on the gas.
