Beam patterns will be reversed, will shine high in centre of road
rather than to the sidewalk. You can mask the triangular prism in the
centre of the lens but it will look gash and seriously reduce light
output. You will probably fail annual inspection if they check headlight
alignment.
Get some LHD continental Europe lights for the US.
I posted an answer to somebody else saying the same thing on Monday.
