EuroLights plastic adjustor piece pls

On the outside corners of the Euros, there is a bolt that hold it to the frame. The head of that bolt sits in a little plastic holder. Well the plastic holder on one side of mine got cracked and no longer holds well.

Where can I find that part please ?
