diesel starter questions

Where on the coil would this wire go?

  That often supplies supplemental voltage to the coil during starting when
the rest of the system is being drained. Makes perfect sense that a diesel
starter would not have this. However you should be able to swap in the old
solenoid and get that terminal back.

    Anyone know what the second spade terminal on a 16v starter does? Josh
conner is having me post this becouse he's a lazy scmuck. He's put a diesel
starter in the car and has discovered that it lacks a male post to hook up
the second spade connector.
