Well, I think any lower than 7 would be a waste of putting a kit together, as power increases would be nominal. But I don't think 7 lbs. of boost is much at all... This is the boost that most Honda turbo/supercharger kits usually run at, and they have weak little rods and 11.5:1 compressions.
What I'm concerned with is: can the stock fuel system keep up, or do I need to swap with Audi/Volvo/Saab components?
