Turbo conversion questions...

Is it possible to use the 1.8L 8V pistons (8.5:1 compression ratio) on a 1.8L 16V engine?  The bore and stroke are the same, correct? - so I would just use 8V pistons as well as piston rings for the 8V?
Also, what is a good source for the oil line to the turbo?  It's gotta be pressurized of course.
