dasher strut bearing ?'s

so i picked up a set of dasher upper strut bearings today ($4 for both at 
the pull-a-part!). here's a pic of 1 side:

i ordered some new poly inserts from potterman, and i plan on doing a good 
suspension overhaul next weekend.  the question is, what do i do about the 
actual bearing insert 
(http://www.learnlink.emory.edu/~mabatzi/dasherbearing.jpg)? do i just take 
it apart, clean, and regrease? or can i buy a whole new replacement bearing 
(which i'd prefer)? anything else i need for these things, or need to do to 
them before install? tia,
