Someone have carpeted trunk at Cincy
to get back one more time on the carpeted trunk/speaker enclosure, it is rather thick, shag fur, ive used that stuff for the past 5 years, ive always dug that stuff, works out really well, i know some could careless about it, but some like it, I do. that stuff that i used i got from uhh umm, well ill admit it, Joann fabric (for those of you who maybe interested in trying something out). it holds up well too.

Carpeted? Pfft. If it's the same car I think you're talking about, that thing had a bearskin rug for a rear practically. Looked way cool, shag carpet all the way! Now if only I had a fabric store within 100mi of me...

Yes that one actually isnt carpeted trunk, thats my rocco 16v there, well the trunk of it. That ia a full custom speaker enclosure there, it comes up 7 inches tall, where the subs are, and the sides and everything are all seperate and make for easy removal to get to the tailights. In fact it is carpeted and that stuff runs like 7 bucks a yard, i think i invested like 30 bucks into the whole thing for the carpet there. as far as leakage and stuff as before, i have not had one bit of water back there at all. anyway just like to clear that up, in case the first post about the trunk carpet was directed towards my car.
