I'm in San Antonio and I've been driving without bumpers, haven't been
hassled. There's another guy here with a Rabbit GTi and no bumpers, he's
been running it like that for well over a year. Today I saw an old Nissan 4
door sedan thing with all the doors removed, driving up I-35 in New
Braunfels. I think Texas is kind of lax sometimes. Just make sure front and
rear license plates are visible. LOL
