I must say that in our conversation, Mark was very nice (especially since I interrupted his lunch :) and I hung up with an overall warm happy feeling on the whole thing.  I did mention that I was a new customer and that I "been turned on to you guys from the scirocco.org mailing list."  "Oh yeah, we do appreciate that."  So, it sounds like the list is well known there and respected.
