crank pulley removal

Hey guys, how do you hold the motor from turning when you're taking off the
crank pulley on an 8V?  I've got the 4 allen bolts off, but I'm stuck with
the big bolt in the middle.

And: was there a way for me to change my motor mount without doing all this?
I couldn't really figure out how to take it apart, so I pretty much just
took everything apart, and decided to do a timing belt at the same time. Way
to turn a small job into a big one.
