Getting into the USA
With that size of a container you could bring a LOT more over than your car!
I'd say start taking orders on stuff and more than likely your car may come
over cheap or maybe even free! We never said it would be cheap to move to
the U.S.!! But, it is one great country it's the people you gotta watch out
for! (well, some of them!)

I'd like to bring it over, but I think it's a major hassle. I'm more likely
just to bring over my euro bumpers and lights.
I did a bit of research (my mate works at an international removals
company) It costs £3000 ($4728.72) to get sole use of a 20 foot container,
bit expensive to bring over an £850 ($1339.76) Scala! I suppose I could
make a raft to get over on like the Haitian's do, or drive it over the
north pole. Yes! Furthest North a Scirocco's ever been? That'd be an
accolade to go for!
If I had the Cash I'd love to bring over a 2.0 16v Turbo Vauxhall Nova,
really show those US V8 Boys what a euro 4 cylinder can do!! 250-300bhp in
something as small as a Geo Metro! and the best bit.................they
wouldn't know what the f*ck it was!! ha ha ha
