Getting into the USA
I'd like to bring it over, but I think it's a major hassle. I'm more li=
kely
just to bring over my euro bumpers and lights.
I did a bit of research (my mate works at an international removals
company) It costs =A33000 ($4728.72) to get sole use of a 20 foot conta=
iner,
bit expensive to bring over an =A3850 ($1339.76) Scala! I suppose I co=
uld
make a raft to get over on like the Haitian's do, or drive it over the
north pole. Yes! Furthest North a Scirocco's ever been? That'd be an
accolade to go for!
If I had the Cash I'd love to bring over a 2.0 16v Turbo Vauxhall Nova,=
really show those US V8 Boys what a euro 4 cylinder can do!! 250-300bhp=
in
something as small as a Geo Metro! and the best bit.................th=
ey
wouldn't know what the f*ck it was!! ha ha ha
