Thankfully I think I'm going to do it all out of the car in the house
(basement) so that It'll dry faster and this way I can get under the
carpet and wash the offending odour off the interior metal with either
dilute simple green or super clean

And you should be able to rent a steam cleaner, if you

hahaha, leaky old dog, lol...my father in law had a leaky old schnauzer
(sp?) and they bought a mini steamer for those small leaks and occaisions
when someone decided to feed the dog too much spaghetti, maybe I'll borrow
it from him, its small enough that it should be good for doing the seats
and there isn't that much carpet.
