I got this recently from a guy who tuned his 1.6 a bit.

I can't speak for the guy, but he did seem to have some knowledge. A local
also told me that it is an upgrade for the 1.8 engine. There are some specs
in Greg Raven's book, but I don't know if a VW N grind is a stock cam or
not.
