HW help (Yes, it is slightly on topic)

As I am going to be putting a 'new' cam in my car in the near future, it's the first thing that popped into my mind when asked to do a short mechanical report in a class. Basically, I just want to describe the valve/camshaft relationship. If anyone knows where I can find a cut-away picture of installed cams and some sort of diagram, it'd be greatly appreciated. Also, if there's a site that describes the whole thing veyr simply, that'd be nice too. I know how it works in general, but have never actually seen the parts in a car.
