Since reading this thread, I set out to get a set of these made.  My
machinist can build them, and he can build them very well.  He said he'd do
it for me, as a favor, for $350 canadian.  He says the price they are
charging is very realistic, and that he would only make 1 pair for me,
simply for entertainment's sake. He figures at least $100 in material, and
the rest is labour.  He normally works for $100 per hour, and he figures it
would take him a day to build them and heat treat them.  He has no interest
whatsoever in making these as a venture for profit unless they were $1000 a
pair.

So that's the scoop.  I'm getting some for sure, and I'll post building and
installation pics as much as I can.  Otherwise, the $400 us per pair they
are charging seems reasonable!

Found this on the Tex, it talks about ball joint extenders that place the
control arm back to original position after lowering the car.

With all the machinist we have on this list, could it be possible to produce
these for less than $50 to $100 dollars a set or less.

Thought it was cool and it will correct help to correct front end geometry,
the place in Colorado that is selling them lets them go for $390 for a set.
