Flooring??

I have the interior ripped out of my car right now and really don't want to 
put all the insulation and carpet weight back in but want to keep some 
comfort.

What would be my best (CHEEEEEPEST!!) insulation choice w/o using what I 
pulled out? If tarpaper is the answer, should I get the stick back stuff or 
just the regular shit. (I know the sticky costs more.)
