Fan Blows but no Hot air...got some hose warmth...

Hi people , well I havent taken any hoses apart but
did make some progress by following somebodys advice ,
which I deleted the email on accident , and reached in
and pushed the valve all the way and now one of the
hoses inside the cab is warm , but still no hot air .
Anyone got a take on this ? Thanks Aaron in San Jose ,
