Charging System Problems

Have an 87 Cabriolet... Tested the alternator, ect @ autozone and everything is the way it should be... Radiator fan on, lights on, blinker hangs..... Turn off radiator fan, keep lights on, blinker works.... its like its not getting enough power, but the alternator is @ peak 80 amps... I'm stumped...
