What parts is the DPR dependant on?

The DPR gets the current from the computer,  and the computer determines the
current based on the voltage it sees from the O2 sensor.  

10ma that flucuates up or down slightly at idle is normal.  Bentley recommends
this as the proper setting, but it is lean.  To richen it up you should only
need to turn the adjustment screw clockwise a little, until you see ~5ma.
