16v model year differences

I LOVE the 3.5L six in my '93 535i.  Silky smooth...absolutely flies on the
freeway and feels more stable @ 110 than it does at 60!

Makes me reconsider my previous long-term (read: after sciroccos) project of
throwing a Supercharged M60 engine in an E30 M3 (can you say 400hp in a
nimble, 50/50 weight distributed car?) Trouble with that idea? About $30k in
parts....  ;)
