idle actuator



It's just to the right of the intake manifold (in the pic).

Verify that it's bad by pinching closed the big hose going into it.  If
the idle drops, good chance it's bad.  If not, look elsewhere.

FWIW, Ben Harder just fixed his high idle by fixing a vacuum leak in
the line that runs from the cold start valve to the breather on the
block.  We thought that was a bad ISV at first, too.
