sorry for the lame question. Can someone point to me which is the idle actuator in a 16v engine for example in the pic http://www.scirocco16v.com/misc_gallery/0000024.jpg. My Scirocco idles around 1100-1200 RPM and I need to change it, so I've been told by some mechanics, everything they tried to bring it lower than that causes the engine not to idle, but to choke and die.
