Relays clicking?
To back up what Ron said, the horns will only receive power from the relay
after the relay has been activated. A short at the wire running past the
airbox would only knock out the fuse. The circuit that activates the relay
(from terminal 85 on the relay holder) to the horn button on the steereing
wheel (brown and blue wire up the steering column) is shorting intermitantly,
causing the relay's clicking. Try disconnecting the lead's connector after
the relay (T1i, near the fuse/relay plate (Bently)), and turn the ignition
on. If there's no clicking, the wire running up the steering column could be
suspect. Reconnect the lead, and disconnect the same wire at the horn button.
Be sure to insulate the connector and turn the ignition on again. Clicking
relay? bad wire, no clicking? bad horn button.
