Digital Clock - 12hr vs 24hr?

ron, im not sure the factory clocks have a 24hr mode. they do show funky hours
when first powered up due to there being no reset circuit. next time i have a
cluster ripped open i'll check for a jumper for 24hr mode, if one exists.
