mkI possible fender buy- update and ?

well, what i thought was a done deal has turned into a miny bidding war. as 
of right now the price has gone from $30/fender to $50/fender. at what point 
should i cut this off? i.e whats the most i should agree to pay per fender 
and have it still be a good deal?
