The poly ones just slide right in. your hand or maybe a tad bit of coaxing
with a hammer.

Hard part is removing the old bushings, i just use a propane torch on them
till they are burning & wait a while.  after you wait a bit, blow them
out & the metal part falls out & any rubber left peels right out.
