2.0 short block questions

AFAIK, you're correct on the models it came on (B3 Passats to be more
specific I think)

There was a shortie on Vortex (don't know if it was in the PNW). Also, there
was a complete 2.0 w/ 123k from a Passat for $300 ($350 w/ the Motronic
setup) available here in the SF Bay Area (see Craigslist.org and search for
VW)....I might have considered buying it if I hadn't picked up the
cabby...damn, I haven't been this poor in a long time!  ;)

How far are you willing to travel?  :)
