Adirondack = lack of service [noway]

Hey Josh,
Don't let one spoiled apple ruin the bunch.

I've purchased thousands of Dollars worth of stuff from Mark, and
have sent everyone I know to him without fear -- and haven't regretted it
once. There aren't many shops around (except for the Pottermans) that you
can say that about.

I know Mike & Kristen as well as I know Mark & Christine, and I've
bought from both. It's 6 of one and half-dozen of the others -- I
personally go to Mike for performance stuff usually, and Mark for OE
stuff. They're both great people and great companies.

The bottom line is that Adirondack and Parts4VWs are the two best
mail-order VW shops around, bar none. You won't get better prices or
service anywhere. Of course no one is perfect. So either you got someone
on a bad day (I talk to Dave or Mark when I call), or maybe they didn't
have the part at their office. Or maybe they didn't know who you were and
didn't want a stranger showing up at Mark's place. ;)
