De-greasing/Cleaning and re-greasing the seat tracks

Hey guys - my "new" rabbit's driver seat is frozen in a spot that would =
only be comfortable for Mini-Me!  :)

What chemical(s) work the best to remove all the crud and what grease is =
best for re-lubing the tracks?
