Cincy: no Scirocco for the Scott man

Oh well, I gave it my best shot, but unfortunately my car will not be done
for Cincy. So, I'll be hoofing it out there in the Impreza. This disappoints
me. I really was looking forward to showing it off and working on it a bit.
However, the thing has yet to be programmed. In fact, the engine management
sensors aren't even totally installed yet. I still have to machine a few
parts. And then there is the matter of testing it out close to home.

Oh well, I *will* have it together for Waterfest next month. In fact, it'll
probably driveable by next Friday. -such cruel timing...
