Only in philly . sometimes the Philly cops will give you a parking =
ticket and won't even put it in the windshield..
happened to me, i got a court notice for a ticket I never received. i =
did not even go to the court. Philly is so desperate for money, the =
judge would never believe me.
I said screw them, there people there who owe the city thousands of $ =
and the city wants to rip me off? F**K that!!
