[tech] last chance to help

Getting spark?

If not replace the ICM and try again.

If so pull an injector and see if you are getting fuel?

If not pop all injectors and bypass the pump relay and purge the air from
the lines. This may sound dumb but if you replace the pump did you hook up
the wires right, you can switch them and the pump will run backwards and you
won't get any fuel up front

Ask me how I know?
