removing body trim

Assuming you don't have a problem removing the rubber (pull it off after
heating with a heat gun); go to NAPA or an auto body supply store you can
get a rubber wheel that you attach to a drill. It's consistency is similar
to a pencil eraser, but it doesn't burn the paint.

Or, you could use 3M adhesive remover or Goo Gone. The Wheel is faster
though.

Subject: removing body trim

What's the best way to remove the side trim on the
fenders, doors? I've heard that fingernails are the
only way, but I figure there's gotta be an easier way
like heat, freezing, solvent, etc.

TIA.
