I patronize "local businesses" when I have a choice.
 I don't care if the employees, or even the owner, sends all his money to
Mexico or Botswana.
 If I want a business to be there when I need them, then I give them my
business when I can.  Simple.
For me, this isn't about nationalism, it's about convenience.
