[tech] 2.0l 8V swap - refresher
Greg,
Thanks for the info so far. I have a coupla questions tho which are eluding
me so far. I managed to build the block off plate at my dad's work but I
still need to pick up a freeze plug. What size did you use?
The other thing I need to determine pertains to the distributor. I'm gonna
use the Audi distributor with the Audi intermediate shaft. Do I need to
chage the guts of the distributor with the one from the 16V? I can't see
why I would need to do so. Any suggestions?
I'm presently working on the KS wiring and it's not all that terribly
difficult. Or so I think. The only other thing I need answered is...do I
need the full throttle switch from the 16V?
