extended mileage oils

Yeah, I understand you must change filters (and top off) every 3k.  Even
then, I just don't get a warm, fuzzy feeling about this.  So, Eric, what is
YOUR feeling...?
I also know what Amzoil says, but when it comes to advertising, call me a
skeptic...
