An actual number; Was: how much gas could a pump pump if a pump could pump gas?

can anybody confirm this, or prove it wrong?

I know somebody claims that the fuel system runs at 70psi which according to
http://www.theoldone.com/components/fuelpumps/ is about 50 gph.
