Mirror Replacements

Has anyone replaced their external mirrors with something other type?

I am looking for information on which companies would make a replacement
mirror for the MK2 Scirocco.  I want to retain the power/heated
function, so this seems to limit my selection to 1 place I have found. 
I have seen quite a few shops offering replacement mirrors, but only for
the manual setup.

Any info would be greatly appreciate.
