I had to try to remove some that was holding on a 16v bodykit. I got it to
come off, but it wasn't easy.

Just to clarify, I left the rubber in there, but filled all of the gaps in
the rubber with the poly stuff... where the holes normally are...

If you are really curious, go to a bodyshop supply place & grab a tube for
experimenting, its about $12-16 a tube if i remeber right. Comes in the
kind of tube you use in a caulk gun, quite a bit really.
