CIS-E question

Yes, it stays at a value equal to putting 0 amps through it in a running system. It should run
similar to cis-basic. You will loose the cis-e ability to do idle kickdown and o2 mixture tweaking.
You simply use the allen screw to adjust fuel mixture where you want it, and you're set. I think you
can even hook a power module up if you choose (since you have the DPR installed, and thus can boost
fuel).
