16v Cutting Out Above 4K (WOT)

I had a similar problem, changing the relay did nothing, can't hurt to borrow 
someones and try though. My problem however ended up steming from a bad TPS 
and a few mystery vacuum leaks. A quick swap of the switch and some vacuum 
line cleared my problem up fine. My problem for comparison sakes was a 
complete loss of power when I shifted above 4k and random power cutting out 
when revved quickly.
