Weird electrical problem



I would replace the load reduction relay, that relay is used to shut off all
ancilliary electrical current  when the key is in the start position. Then I
would look at the ignition switch istself , that may have arced leaving a
small carbon bridge that when the proper amount of resistance is reached it
arc's and may cause this. Just a thought.
