Pressure in the Valve Cover (16v)

Actually, ALL the crankcase pressure comes from blow-by.....(disregarding
the slight pressure/vacuum pulses from the changing crankcase volume created
by the pistons reciprocating, which cancel/balance themselves out for all
practical purposes.  Whew.)
