My rubbing is the edge of the tire rubbing on the eedge of the inner wheel
well of the car (front or back)

I have been watching all these threads go by about offset and rubbing.  I
have seen the link on the Vortex Wheels/Tires forum RE: "Offset" etc.  When
people say "rubbing" I usually think the mean on the fender, but I have also
seen some pics of tires missing the shock/springs by a hair.  What do most
mean when they say "rubbing"
